    I’d choose modern because when are you going to use English that isn’t used any more?

    Modern Lit would definitely be easier than World Lit. Too bad you are looking for the easiest road. The better reader you are, the more you have going for you no matter what field your main interests are. And you always have intelligent things to talk about at parties. :-}

    An ethnocentric westerner it will give you much more wellrounded individual rather than an ethnocentric westerner it will make you much more wellrounded individual rather than an ethnocentric westerner it will make you glimpse into other societies and cultures that might really help.

    Modern would be more interesting…World would probably go way back into voltaire and machiavelli and stuff like that
