Today I’d like to talk about Yao Ming.
In 2002, when he was just here, his English was quite poor. Also, he wasn’t strong enough and couldn’t play long in the game. He often made turnovers and he said he was also sorry about that. As a rookie, he didn’t have many fans.
Two years later, when it was 2004, everything was different. he had spoken good English and he had been able to play 35.4 minutes in one game. He hadn’t made many turnovers, of course. The point was that he had not been strange to people and he had been one of the hottest player.
