Which one will be the mother-language for my kids?

Styloroc asked: My mother-language is “A”. My partners is “B”. We live in a country who they speak “C”.
Where should we stay when we decide that we want to make kids?
I would like my kids to learn english as well. Is it posible or I look for too much ?
